Family Fun Night Is Coming September 2011

The inaugural fundraising event of the Help Hailey Foundation has been set for September 22, at the Frisco Center in Clinton, OK from 6-9 p.m.  This event will be a Family Fun Night filled with a variety of carnival-type games, food, entertainment such as a karaoke booth, and a silent auction among various other activities.  There will also be a booth set up to give more information about Mitochondrial disease and other childhood diseases.  This Family Fun Night will give guests the opportunity to enjoy a family friendly evening while supporting a local initiative in the memory of Hailey Lynn Serfoss.  Those wishing to help sponsor our inaugural fundraising event there are four sponsorship levels set at $100, $250, $500, and $1000. Businesses or sponsors donating the two larger amounts will be included on promotional material including T-shirts, advertising, banners, etc.  Food, beverage, prizes, and silent auction items will also be accepted along with other volunteer efforts.  If you are interested in helping with this event you can contact the Help Hailey Foundation by emailing helphailey@yahoo.com or fill out the Family Fun Night Donation Form and mail to The Help Hailey Foundation P.O.
